What does it mean to be fat or obese? Fat means to have flabby tissue (Random House, Inc. 2012) obese means being EXCESSIVELY fat or fleshy (Random House, Inc. 2012) this has a big role in girls who have insecurities. They don’t think they’re too skinny enough for anyone especially themselves. Like when they think they can’t wear shorts, nice dresses, or even wearing a two piece bathing suit for the summer which isn’t fair to them. Which hurts sadly because everyone is beautiful in their own and every way. The one thing that they don’t ever have in mind is isn’t better to be healthy then being full blown skinny? No and that’s the problem, because that is the most important thing to be in life healthy.
